I understand your commitment to building your skills and advancing toward your goals.
No matter how committed you are to your progress, you simply can’t “muscle-through” those movements that actually require proper technique.
I have spent the last 15 years supporting/coaching athletes and people (of all ages & all fitness levels) to identify and overcome the challenges that block them from progressing toward their goals. Don’t let pain, doubt, or age prevent you from DOING WHAT YOU LOVE!
I use the same body shaping, progressions, and drills used by competitive gymnasts to coach athletes of all ages to master their movements and accomplish their goals without compromising their safety. With 10 years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, growing up a competitive athlete, and 15 yrs a Gymnastics Coach, my coaching style provides a unique approach to helping you meet your goals!

Whether we work in person or via video chat, I can pinpoint what's missing from your approach and teach you how to level-up.
Every humans body is unique and everyone has different goals: improved balance/flexibility/strength/walking for 1 hour without stopping to learning a press to handstand, a flip, and more advanced skills. All programming and coaching is designed specifically for your personal goals and your body!! All ages and fitness levels are welcome!

If we decide to work together, I will send you a contract to sign and we will schedule your movement screen via video chat or in person to get started! Basic - 4 week Program

In Person 1 on 1 Coaching

FAQs
Does this include skilled Physical Therapy?
No, Although Kelsey is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in GA, due to licensure restrictions, I am not able to provide medical advice online or in person. Please see a medical provider near you for an appropriate assessment if you are experiencing pain. Upon completion of your plan of care with a medical doctor, I can help you return to working out/doing what you love and bridge the gap between physical therapy and training for your sport or desired physical activity!!
Can you help improve my performance with my sport?
Yes! I specialize in gymnastics, dance acrobatics, circus arts, pole-vaulting, olympic weight-lifting, crossfit/HIIT, rock climbing, yoga/acroyoga, and all things HANDSTAND related!
Can you help me with strength training?
Yes!!
Can you teach me prehab/injury prevention exercises to complement my training?
Yes!! Although injuries just happen sometimes, there are certain exercises that can target your imbalances or weaknesses. Together, we can optimize your movement patterns to give your body the best chance of staying healthy while doing what you love!
Can you help me improve flexibility & Mobility?
Yes!!
Can you help me lose weight?
Building muscle mass by strength training will help drop body fat but if your main goal is weight loss, I can recommend a nutritionist to go alongside your training goals. A favorite quote I’ve heard is, “abs are made in the kitchen”. I am unable to give nutrition advice online but @smokesheauxnutrition on IG can help you out!!
